SHIPPING POLICY:

Due to some of our products being made to order some shipping times may take longer others. Please allow us 7-10 business days to properly process, fulfill, and ship your order. All orders are shipped via USPS. (we apologize if any delays occur)

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

ALL of our skincare accessories are FINAL sale. Also if you have never tried one of our skincare products, we recommend that you try reaching out to us about purchasing a customized sample facial kit.

ALL skincare products maybe exchanged for items of equal or lesser value within 5 days off receiving their  items.

 

NEW CLIENTS:

All new clients will be asked to fill out a client consultation form. So we ask that if this is your first time, please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. PLEASE be sure to list any allergies, medications, and/or medical treatments.  If you have never received a facial service  before and are interested in more aggressive skin care treatments,  I recommend booking a skin consultation.


EXISTING CLIENTS:

​Facial consent forms are updated annually.  If clients has any new allergies, or are taking any new medications, Please be sure to make esthetician aware of them. If client has not been serviced within 90 days of last facial an updated intake form maybe requested.

APPOINTMENT POLICY:

• All appointments require a ACTIVE card that will be saved and can be used to pay remaining balance at the end of appointment.

•Deposit must be paid when scheduling your appointment.

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.!!!!!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book , the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.

•I understand that local traffic can get busy, the parking lot can get hectic, and life can happen. However, please know that if you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment start time, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment charged the late cancellation fee of 50% or a late session fee of $15. This is why I strongly encourage early arrival in your confirmation and reminder texts/emails.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Any Promotion, Special Offers, online Gift Certificates, Coupons, Giveaways, and/or Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, gift certificates, or any other coupons. Offer only valid one per person unless stated otherwise. Offers will not be valid on appointments previously booked unless stated otherwise. 

Due to safety precautions and liability We CANNOT be responsible for watching your children during your appointment. If clients bring child/children that aren't being serviced appointment will be cancelled, and 100% of service will be charged. However, we offer a courtesy re-book on a case by case basis. If rebook is offered client must contact spa directly within 4 business days to schedule an new appointment..
